other road users. It is always an uncomfortable and stressful situation. Therefore it is worth to be prepared for it, and to ask yourself a few questions before setting off:<\/p><h4>How to describe the course of a potential incident to the insurer?<\/h4><h4>How to communicate with a perpetrator who does not speak Polish?<\/h4><h4>How to report a collision that occurred abroad?<\/h4><p>If the accident took place in Poland and no one was injured, police intervention is not required. Therefore, you should complete an accident statement form with the perpetrator on the circumstances of the accident.<\/p><p>The situation is different if the accident occurred on the road in another country. There are countries in which police is required to be called to every collision; however, in most EU countries this is not necessary.<\/p><p>Regardless of where the accident occurred, the accident statement form provided below is very useful for describing the course of events. It allows both parties to describe  the circumstances and confirm them with their signatures.<\/p><p>The form is universal. It is available in Polish, English, and Ukrainian (see below). It allows the participants of an accident to present their versions of the accident.<\/p><p>It will also be useful to take a photo of the perpetrator\u2019s vehicle with visible registration plates,
