Complaints

Polish Motor Insurers’ Bureau considers complaints only regarding claims submitted to the Polish Motor Insurers’ Bureau.

Guidelines to sending attachments

Please be informed that we accept attachments for electronic fulfilling the following criteria:

files in formats: pdf, jpg, jpeg, tiff, doc, docx
photos in formats: jpeg, jpg, png, or tiff
maximum size of attached files must not exceed 10 MB

Files in all of the above standards are also accepted as compressed archives in .zip or 7z format. Documents not fulfilling the above conditions will not be processed. Please be advised that we do not accept any correspondence placed on network drives (the so-called Cloud).
