Personal data protection in the Polish Motor Insurers’ Bureau
Polish Motor Insurers’ Bureau (“PMIB”) processes personal data for specific purposes and with respect to the rights pf persons, whose data is processed. Personal data protection is a priority for our Bureau. We protect personal data through carefully selected measures, both organisational and technical.

What is GDPR?
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”), GDPR provisions have been applied by the PMIB since 25.05.2018.
