Who are we?
We are an organisation grouping together insurance undertakings offering motor third party liability insurance on Polish territory. We act as the National Office representing Poland in the System and are a member of the Council of Bureaux.
PBUK is an organisation recognised by the government of the Republic of Poland, which has signed and is signing relevant agreements with its counterparts in other countries belonging to the Green Card System.
Our objectives?
Issuing insurance documents (Green Card certificates) valid in other countries of the Green Card System.
Concluding contracts with other countries of the System on mutual recognition of insurance documents.
Organising the settlement of claims or the direct settlement of claims caused in the territory of Poland by owners of motor vehicles registered abroad.
